Working in media and marketing for more than 20 years has allowed me to develop communications skills in all media forums ranging from digital, television, radio and print. The diversity of my roles has included a mix of marketing,event management positions within government, television and radio, as well as a variety of private enterprises. I believe that Next Address is a brilliant concept and am excited to be on the team and a shareholder.

Extensive web based development and project management experience and writer with a Masters in Arts (writing). I value good writing and love to write. As a shareholder, I am now coordinating all proof reading and blog management as well as using my creative skills to write excellent material for the site.

As a Qualified CPA accountant, I am responsible for all tax and accounting requirements and issues. As a shareholder of the company I bring my appreciation of systems to the Next Address team.

I bring my knowledge of AI, Chatbots, Voice Activation and back end systems to the table. Working at night on Next Address, my attitude reflects our collective desire to see this concept grow. When I first heard about this project I instantly found a connection having recently been through the buying process. The scope of the project is great to be part of, and I relish making the site better every day. My skills are 20 years in website design, graphics, user experience and interfaces.

I continue to partner with organisations around the globe to build and/ or transform corporate entities, and to advise a number of emerging technology-based companies on strategy and capital management.

I am focused sales professional with excellent performance in sales, consistently exceeding budgets and company KPIs to lead team results. The opportunity to build a new style of real estate business is highly motivating. I enjoy building rapport quickly to convert sales opportunities and develop long term relationships with clients.
