Our company operates an online platform that allows our lender members to bid on loan or invest in loans listed by our borrower members. All listings on our platform are posted by individuals, group of individuals or business members of NexLending requesting loans, which we refer to as “borrower listings”. All loans are secured obligations of borrower. The model allow borrowers and lenders to meet in a non-personal way to lend and borrow.
