Nexgarden builds and operates indoor farms for wholesale produce sales. Farms are designed to minimize OpEx of labor using automation for seeding, harvesting, etc, and OpEx of energy using a hyper insulated building envelope & enclosed plant growth modules. Farms use micro-climates within the grow modules to produce a wide variety of crops in a single location. Farms are estimated to grow over $1M of crops annually with a +60% profit margin.
