A driven serial entrepreneur, Derek has served as a founder, CEO, advisor, and/or first investor of start-ups for more than twenty years. During this time he was a co-founder of LogiKeep, Inc., and co-inventor of Intellishield™, a pioneer IT security product – first acquired by Vigilinx and then Cisco Systems. He also served as a US Navy Surface Warfare Officer with experience in physical security, communications security and intelligence.

Michael is a recognized security and industrial control system expert. He was recently the VP & CSO at NERC and oversaw the implementation of cybersecurity standards across the North American electric power industry. Michael was a co-founder of LogiKeep, Inc., and co-inventor of Intellishield™. He has held notable positions at the Idaho National Lab, was CSO for American Electric Power, and was the 1997 US Navy Intelligence Officer of the Year.

With more than 30 years in technology and manufacturing companies, Mike has led start-ups, strategic transformations, domestic and international growth, mergers, acquisitions, and significant financial transactions. He was previously the President & COO of 2Checkout.com, an internet payments processor, and prior to that, the President & CEO of Pinnacle Data Systems, an EMS and embedded computing company.

Tom was a co-founder and the CEO of Joulex sold to Cisco in 2013. He was also a co-founder and the CEO of Internet Security Systems (ISS) sold to IBM in 2006 for $1.3B.
