Dipankar is an Engineering graduate with 18 years’ experience in Alcatel as Director having led various divisions like Space, Defense, Microwave Radio, Switching & Transmission divisions and he led these in different years. Later, he joined as Managing Director of Marconi in India and established the company from startup then he was at Ericsson India as Director. He now runs Telecom SI Business with a company he helped setup Globally.

Lars has a unique background that combines experience as an international Senior Executive, with a proven track record in large-scale change management programmes to deliver quantifiable benefits. Combines clarity of strategic vision with executional focus, to set and achieve results. He holds significant executive management experience, from FMCG and Telecoms businesses. Lars holds an Economic degree from the Copenhagen Business School.
