Peter left a career with AIG to start his own restaurant chain, Peace A Pizza. With his partners he grew it into a regional power with over 15 units. Peter has been instrumental in several other ventures, including Melt Down Grilled Cheese and Bake 425, an organic bake at home pizza concept. Peter earned his Bachelors degree from UMASS and a M.S. degree in Environmental Science and Safety from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
