Primary demand is from students who want to improve their low paying jobs with careers in health care--- the most robust industry in the US. Existing career colleges are Title IV with courses over 12 months long and cost $10-15,000. This will be a Non Title IV college which will provide courses in half the time and half the cost. This is a very compelling message. The state of Missouri has already licensed it to open.
