New Urban International (NUI) is an asset management and consulting firm that specializes in commercial and single-family affordable housing in South Florida. NUI has a nonprofit subsidiary, New Urban Initiative (Initiative) that acquires commercial real estate assets whereby a large portion of net proceeds are redistributed back into the community to local non-profits focused on food and housing insecurities, special needs, and education.
