NP Energy AG, founded in 2012, is a holding company with affiliates in Germany, Austria and Slovenjia (500.000 CHF share capital). 50% of the shares are owned by Methanco Energy (Austria) and 50% by A.Turki (businessman). NP Energy AG developed the NP Solar Set (see www.npsolarset.com) and organized its production in Slovenia. NP Energy AG has for instance no employees and cooperates with third parties in order to pursue its activities.
