Areas of expertise include public safety, wireless/spectrum, and government financing. Prior to 2001 when I started by private sector career, I served as the Administrator of NTIA (Spectrum Manager for USG and Principal Advisor to POTUS on Telecom/Info policy). Lead the NG911 Institute (2003-2012).
