Neva Aerospace plans to fill a gap in the market that is not addressed by traditional UAVs. Neva’s patented technology is expected to open up new markets. Our vision is to become a global leader in the electric and hybrid aviation and aerial robotic platforms. Over five years, the Neva Aerospace project team has already pioneered - and patented - ideas that have driven the development of prototype VTOL UAVs.

Our chairman, co-founder and private pilot, served as CEO for JVs, holdings and industrial sites in the past, and more recently as a practice leader for a billion dollar consultancy where he launched a major energy & climate division in Europe serving Fortune 500 companies. He is implementing his vision on how to integrate Neva's technology into the emerging UAV market.

David Brotherton-RatcliffeCo-founder & Chief Science Officer
Professor David Brotherton-Ratcliffe has 30 years’ experience as R&D chief scientist in the fields of nuclear physics, optics, and lasers. He also founded and worked for a wide range of scientifically-orientated businesses in the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. He was awarded a PhD in 1984 for research into Controlled Nuclear Fusion whilst working at the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority.

Head of Engineering & Prototyping
Renaud leads mechanical engineering for Neva. He has deep experience managing CAD project, CAD IT systems, maintenance, systems evolution, and data exchange. Renaud's work experience includes IT CAD system design coordination for major companies and projects including the Joint Strike Fighter, Boeing, British Aerospace, Chrysler, Peugeot. He currently leads R&D for Seaproven and is a computer science and mathematics teacher at Angers University.

Lynne EastHead of Public Relations
Lynne leads communication, media, and external relations at Neva. She has developed her marketing and communication expertise with a focus on professional services (legal, insurance, and property), energy, smart building controls, construction, and software engineering. She has advised major companies, among them Arup software house Oasys, British Steel Industry, the British Library, Oak Telecom, Theben GmbH, and Arthur J. Gallagher subsidiaries.
