Neuronasal was founded to create value for patients and investors by in-licensing and developing drugs to treat acute brain injuries and disease. We plan to develop each of our drugs to proof-of-concept and then enter into strategic partnerships or trade sales.

The company's initial intellectual property was licensed from HealthPartners of Minneapolis and from Cornell University.
