Dr. Steven Messé is Professor, Dept of Neurology, Univ of Penn., and Director of the Center for Neuro-Cardio Protection. He received the Michael S. Pessin Stroke Leadership Award from American Academy of Neurology, is a Member of the American Heart Association (AHA) Get With The Guidelines Steering Committee, Chair of the AHA Stroke Systems of Care Workgroup and Member of the AHA International Stroke Conference Program Committee.

Dr. Weimer is an expert in Computer Science and Signal processing and most recently received the Career Award from the National Science Foundation. He has received multiple best-paper awards including the International Conference on Cyber-Physical Systems for work on his Parameter-Invariant detection algorithm, the detection core of Neuralert.

Brick Simple is a development studio which creates products that leverage emerging and cutting-edge technologies. Det has extensive experience developing FDA approved mobile and wearable healthcare technologies as well as managed partnerships with PTC, Microsoft, Epson, and other hardware vendors for augmented and mixed reality wearable applications. Det is a contracted employee but oversees all product development.
