Dr. Radhakrishnan brings over seven years of startup leadership experience to Neural Analytics. Prior to joining Neural Analytics, Dr. Radhakrishnan was a product manager and R&D director at Agiltron, Inc. where he led commercialization efforts for several high-volume telecom lines of products from design through manufacturing.

Mr. Hanchey is a co-founder and Vice President of Development of Neural Analytics. Mr. Hanchey is a recent MBA graduate from UCLA Anderson who has 18 years of software development experience. As a senior software architect, Mr. Hanchey led a team of 12 software developers responsible for a market leading CAD/CAM application.

Dr. Hamilton is a co-founder and Vice President of Research of Neural Analytics. A recent PhD graduate in Biomedical Engineering at UCLA, Dr. Hamilton has spent the past four years refining and developing this technology within an academic setting and has several publications and presentations on the topics of ICP, and both acute and chronic brain injuries.

Dr. Petrossian is a co-founder and CEO of Neural Analytics. Dr. Petrossian, a repeat entrepreneur, will oversee the business aspects of the venture. After earning his doctorate in biomolecular nanotechnology, Dr. Petrossian spent the following five years developing novel nanotechnologies within the biotech space. After leaving that venture, Dr. Petrossian earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson while simultaneously co-founding Neural Analytics.

Dr. Li has over twenty years of experience in medical ultrasound, signal and image processing, and wireless communication. Michael has worked in various R&D and senior management positions in both startup companies and major corporations such as Siemens. Michael earned his doctorate in Physics from the University of Washington, and did post-doctoral research and teaching at UCLA.
