Personally responsible for raising the funds to fund the company and keeping the company operational during the Dot. com Bubble Burst and the 2008-11 financial crisis. Led the Indiana initiative and is currently working to expand the Indiana model to 4 new states.

Founder and Director of Administration
Dr. Dubois has served as director/treasurer since Oct '98. His duties include day-to-day management, corporate governance and intellectual property. He spent two decades in academia and served as VP Finance at Chaminade University. He earned a B.A. and Ph.D. in Chemistry. He was a Robert A. Welch fellow at Texas A&M. He published articles in security/fire trade journals and is co-inventor on all NetTalon's domestic and international patents.

Mr. Hinnant is the General Counsel at The Actuarial Consulting Group. He is also employed at ACG Advisory Services, Inc. He is the founder of Obenshain, Hinnant and Associates. Mr. Hinnant began his career at McGuire, Woods & Battle, and also served as counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. He is a member of the American, Virginia, and Richmond Bar Associations.

William Hunter, D.D.S.Director
Received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Mississippi State University and worked as a test instrumentation engineer in the Aerospace Environmental Facility at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN. He then made a major career change into the medical field finally ending with a specialty license in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has been in the private practice of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Columbia, TN for 39 years.

General Frederick J. Kroesen (Ret.)Director (since 2002)
Gen. Kroesen, retired 4-star general is a security consultant, was Commanding General of the Seventh US Army and the commander of NATO Central Army Group from 1979 to 1983, and Commanding General, US Army Forces Command from 1976 to 1978. He served as Vice Chief of Staff of the Army from 1978 to 1979. After retiring in 1983, Kroesen assisted in founding MPRI, Inc., a company engaged internationally in military education, training & management.
