He was also VP Business Development at Fintech Time Is Life. He worked and helped startup company succeed and mentored entrepreneurs. He is still pursuing a Masters in Financial Technologies.

He has over 10 years of professional experience in SME financing, credit risk management and business development both in Montreal and internationally. Octave was Coface's Director of Development for West and Central Africa. Octave holds an MBA from ESG-UQAM, an MBA from Paris Dauphine, a Master's degree in Finance, a Master's degree in Management Control, a CPA candidate, and a PhD in Business Administration.
