Company Summary

Net Minds offers a crowdsourcing solution for digital media entrepreneurs. By enabling them to share royalties with project partners, we give them a currency to drive collaboration. Our initial focus will be on authors and the digital book industry. It has the lowest barriers to entry, minimal production costs and our team has domain expertise and industry connections. Our platform is designed to expand into other media categories, such as games.

    She holds a B.A. in Art History. Worked in the design industry for nearly 14 years with numerous Fortune 400 companies. Over the past decade, Beth co-founded Rapture Studio, a boutique marketing consultancy. Previously, she held various marketing positions at McKinsey & Company, Kayne Anderson, and Mellon Bank. Her background gives her unique experience in developing revenue-generating strategies through creative marketing and design expertise.

    Chief Technology Officer

    He is an entrepreneur with over 13 years of business and customer experience in addition to a natural ability to intersect people and the Internet. Formerly of McKinsey & Company, Alan co-founded Rapture Studio, a boutique marketing consultancy, leading the technology team.
    Alan holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, with a passion towards studying social behaviors, interactions and psychology.

    Early stage SWBell Mobile Systems employees, launching cellular in the mid-80's. In 1997, he joined Mark Cuban's AudioNet (broadcast.com) as an early stage sales and business development lead. Was Yahoo's Chief Solutions Officer from 2001-2005, overseeing the company’s biggest marketing and enterprise service partnerships. He's a NYT best selling author of four books. Consults with Fortune 500 companies on marketing, social and HR strategies.
