Pantelis and George, as board members of Nessos for more than 5 years, are working on product marketing and sales development as Nick, Jan and Eirik on software architecture and development. They are also senior developers in functional programming and members of Nessos for more of 5 years.

    From 2003 as technical director, Pantelis has assisted the implementation of a large amount of diverse projects including development tools, human workflows, toll systems, smart cards, media distribution, GIS, rule compliance systems, e-Learning solutions and tools out of the box solutions. His vast expertise and his role as a team leader in Intrasoft SA has provided invaluable insight for the development of {m}brace.

    Having obtained his engineering diploma from the School of Civil Engineering in the National Technical University of Athens and his MSc Degree in “Computational Engineering” from the same School, George is a research associate at the same school, tackling large scale problems of FEM and stochastic analysis in GPGPUs and HPC environments with research work and journal papers at these fields.     Nick obtained his B.Sc. degree in Computer Studies from the University of Portsmouth. He has a work experience of 10 years as a software engineer and IT consultant in various companies of the private sector. His main research interests are algorithms, computer mathematics and programming languages. He is head of the R&D department of Nessos for over 5 years and is the software architect of {m}brace.     Senior developer (distributed run time)

    Jan has obtained his MSc Degree in Advanced Computing with distinction from the Imperial College of London and he is now a Ph.D student in the same college, researching about "Local Reasoning about File Systems" under the supervision of professor Philippa Gardner. His research interests are Concurrent & Distributed programming, Programming Languages, Fault Tolerance, Program Verification and Hoare Reasoning. He has been a member of Nessos since 2

    Senior developer (Client Tools)

    Eirik has completed his BSc in Mathematics from the University of Athens in 2007 and in 2008 he completed Part III Mathematics at the University of Cambridge. He has worked as an intern in the Materials Institute at NCSR Demokritos and spent a year as a postgraduate researcher in the Computer Laboratory at the University of Cambridge. He is currently part of the core development team at the {m}brace project.
