Amr Abdelgawad has a Bachelor's of Honor's Science degree in Nanotechnology Engineering and a Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology (MBET) from the University of Waterloo. Amr has extensive experience in polymer chemistry, process engineering, and materials and business development through various internship experiences.

Youssef has a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's of Honour's Science degree in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Youssef has over two years of experience working in the field of microfabrication and four peer-reviewed publications in the field of biosensors. Youssef has worked previously in Professor Juewen Liu's and Professor Guo-Xing Miao's laboratories at the University of Waterloo

Mohammad Okasha, NERv's Lead Scientist, has a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences from McMaster University. Mohammad has extensive experience working in wet chemistry labs and biochemical synthesis techniques and applications.
