Company Summary

Neila Inc was put together to be the parent company of NMPC ( Neila Movie production Company). NMPC will be a D506 stock funded company existing to raise the production costs of making the first movie in the series: NEILA. Investment funds will be third party escrowed until certain criteria are reached for production costs. Essentially we are seeking modest funding to produce an environment of interest for lawyer referred potential investors.
