Before starting NeedleFound, Rok built Studio Moderna Group's (largest Direct Response TV & multi-channel retailer in Europe) online retail business almost from scratch in 22 Central & Eastern European countries, to the team of over 150+ internet marketing professionals, managing more than 130 webstores across the region, turning the company one of the leading online specialty retailers in the region.

Since 2002, Tomaž has been planning and developing cutting-edge online ad and measurement solutions. Ad servers, centralized online ad reporting systems, mobile advertising and other tools that are today used by more than 80% of top online media in Slovenia.

As the development powerhouse behind NeedleFound, Luka makes sure that all of our online analytics ideas come to life.

Renata has been working as a software engineer since 2006, most recently as a Senior Software Engineer at Stirya Inc. in New York, working on various big data projects, mainly for a major telco client. She has a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and is completing her Masters in Statistics and Actuarial Studies.
