Brett has spent the past 15 years as a serial entrepreneur (Volare, Fast Forward Medical, Optinova Production, Via Biomedical) and holds multiple design patents. Brett founded Fast Forward Medical, a company specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of complex catheters, medical balloons, and other finished devices. Company exited to Vention Medical in 2013, followed by Nordson Medical for strong multiples in 2017.

Ryan has extensive knowledge in the medical device field. Biomedical Engineer by background managing several devices from concept to commercialization.
Key contributor to the growth of Fast Forward and Vention leading to two successful and profitable acquisitions. Ryan holds a BS in biomedical engineering from the University of Minnesota School of Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics from the Carlson School of Management.

Justin started his career at St. Jude Medical in R&D, then joined Fast Forward Medical in 2011, successfully managing numerous programs from concept to commercialization. Expanded expertise into a Business Development with strategic customers and growing Fast Forward leading to acquisitions. Justin holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering, as well as Physiology from the University of Minnesota School of Science & Engineering, with a minor in Biology.
