Mr. Garza has 25 yrs experience in Residential/CRE lending. 15 years of secondary market selling. 10 years managing a multimillion-dollar warehouse line. He thrives in start-up and turn-around situations, has an eye for talent and his spirited leadership style motivates his teams to achieve at the highest levels. Has served as a guide and has summit Mt Everest.

Davin Berstrom has more than 10 yrs of professional IT experience. He is a technology enthusiast and entrepreneur. He has worked in a variety of technology fields ranging from building and selling custom desktops and servers, providing technical support, graphic design in both digital and print mediums, and web application development. He has a rounded experience in a variety of platforms and operating systems including Windows, iOS, and Linux.

Mr. Berge . Experienced working with national and international clients over the past 10 yrs. Mr. Berge’s integrated digital team offers best-in-class solutions in web design, web development, event media, training videos, SEO, and brand recognition. Additionally, Mr. Berge retains his position as CEO of Envisage Works Multimedia and continues to oversee the management team of this successful company.

Mr. Marchant is the lead Economist and Research Analyst at Nebo Capital Group. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He works with Nebo’s lenders to provide current information throughout the loan process. Mr. Marchant’s services help efficiently complete our loan programs.

Ms. Berge Residential and CRE mortgage experience spans 25 years. Extensive experience writing policies, procedures and contracts, as well as conducting demographic studies and efficiency evaluations. Ms. Berge Bachelor of Science in Business Admin at the Univ. of Maryland with emphasis on corporate law.
