Carlos graduated as Computer Engineer and founded one of the first game studios in Brazil, LocZ, in 1996. Merged the studio with US publisher PlayPhone, and later was acquired by Skyzone, part of SK holding in South Korea
In 2008 was invited by EA to create their first Latin America studio and led the team that developed several mobile and SmartTV games.
Currently is a partner at NearBytes

Marcelo graduated as a System Analyst at UFRJ - Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Following this he worked as programmer for 6 years at NCE - Núcleo de Computação Eletrônica/UFRJ, an important computing research center. technologies, and much more. With over 25 years in technology and development, Marcelo coordinates and takes part in specification, planning and development of mobile technology and its applications.

Vivian graduated in Industrial Design at PUC-Rio de Janeiro. She worked as coordinator during 4 years for the design team at the Laboratorium PUC-IBM. At Kinetics/NearBytes, Vivian worked as project manager on large multi-disciplined projects and the information architecture of many innovative projects, with large amounts of data and complex technology packaged in unique service models.
