my business model revolves around taking care of my customers and taking care of my staff. if you treat a customer with respect and go the extra mile for them, they will always come back. maybe even refer a friend to come in and see you. if you take care of your staff they'll work hard and enjoy it. at the end of the day everyone wants their problem solved. and if i can sell a component or some software thats just extra money for the store.
