Lieselotte completed an MSc in Rural development at Wageningen University, the Netherlands. She has over 10 years working experience in the international development sector in Bosnia, Bolivia and Indonesia. Before founding Nazava, Lieselotte founded 2 start-ups, a consultancy firm and a tourism company in Aceh, Indonesia. Lieselotte has excellent communication and management skills.

Guido is an entrepreneur with strong organisational and management capacities. He is experienced in business management, fundraising and acquisition. Besides that, he possesses good analytic and research skills. Guido is trained in tropical land use with a specialization in soil and water conservation with special interest in soil fertility, the environmental effects of agriculture, agri-food chains and water purification.
