Christopher's combined experiences in the energy, investment and software industries has made him the ideal CEO for Navigate Exchange. With 10+ years of energy trading and management experience with firms like ADM, FC Stone, Merrill Lynch and BP, Chris has gained the industry know how to build/manage Navigate Exchange. Chris has been a featured on CNBC, Bloomberg and Fox Business for energy industry expertise.

Brian was recruited to Navigate Exchange from a smaller competitor in summer of 2013, where he held the same directorship. His HR background in energy stems from 12+ years of recruiting top talent to some of Chicago's largest financial firms. Brian heads up a team of dedicated recruitment associates with experience finding proven energy consultants and on-boarding them to the Navigate Exchange platform.

Mark Nakayama has been working in deregulated energy market since 2005. Marks previous experience includes recruiting, training and managing large direct sales teams for energy companies in Dallas and New York for energy supplier GDF Suez. Mark's energy industry knowledge and ability to train/manage large sales teams have given tremendous insight the development and execution of the Navigate Exchange System.

As the Director of Development Elder Calderon has spearheaded our development branch and lead the software development of our reverse auction platform. A recent graduate of the University of Illinois in Chicago with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Elder is constantly pushing our companies envelope to adjust to the digital age.
