With over 28 years of programming experience, Aaron is a leading expert in the youth sports industry. Utilizing his first hand training from giants like John Wooden, Pat Riley & others, he has developed a unique curriculum maximizing the youth sport experience for all involved. Aaron has authored over 5 books & 2 different CD packages available on the subject. He has helped many city partners develop and implement programs where everyone wins!

Dave Libbey comes to the NAofA after a distinguished career in collegiate basketball officiating. Dave was an NCAA Division I official for 30 years (1979-2009), and has been honored several times by being chosen to officiate several final four and national championship games.
Dave's experience and training expertise adds another dimension to program development, recruiting and overall success of the company program.

Stephanie comes to the National Academy of Athletics from Saint Mary's college School of Business Administration. She is an semi-pro soccer player and an avid coach and youth soccer administrator. Stephanie handles the day to day operational side of the business, as well as much of the soccer specific training and program development.
