Jaime is a learned mechanical engineer and entrepreneur from Quito, Ecuador that will help with the manufacturing processing of the cacao bean to an actual product. Mr. Guevara has experience with working with the fabrication of chocolate having worked for the Ferrero company early in his career.

Rahul is a current student at the Georgia Institute of Technology where he is working on his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain. His past experience through internships with IE companies will help us to make a more efficient company model. He will be aiding in smoothing out the supply chain of getting the cacao from the Ecuadorian Amazon eventually into the final product in U.S. food shelves.

Varun has had 3 years of experience working with aid organizations in the Ecuadorian Amazon. He is currently a senior at the University of Vermont. He has conducted community development research with his project titled Needs Assessment of the Local Kichwa Communities in the Ecuadorian Amazon with the aid of the Office of Undergraduate Research’s Summer Mini Grant. He will be working on reaching out to communities in the Napo region.

Austin is a current junior at the University of Vermont where he is working on his BA in Biology.Through his medical aid experience in Napo, Ecuador he forged a bond with local people of the region. He has been a huge aid in our growth in the public’s eye as he is constantly promoting Napo Natural whether through videos, facebook, or networking. He is key to our public relations due to his charismatic and collaborative nature.

Shyam is a current student at the University of Georgia where he is pursuing a BA in Finance with a Concentration in Risk Management. He's an adventurous individual who loves running, skiing, and travel.His cohesive quality can be highlighted by his involvement on the university and high school athletics.

Interested in sustainability from agriculture to economics, he believes that in fostering a sustainable model. From the farmers to the customers, he hopes those involved in Napo Natural will be able to increase their lively-hoods. On the side Adam continues to play the guitar, and well any thing he can get his hands on to make a sound. He loves to do anything involving the outdoors such as camping, hiking, or backpacking.
