She has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the District Courts for Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan, and the State Bar of Wisconsin. In 1990 Naomi received her Doctors’ Degree in Law from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Naomi is an experienced attorney who regularly provides representation for labor-management jointly trusteed health and pension funds. She regularly pursues third parties on behalf of the funds, obtaining reimbursement of large claims.

Naomi has also drafted plan documents and summary plan descriptions, reviews documents for compliance with ever-changing laws and regulations, and often appears in court handling a wide range of complex ERISA litigation.
