    Omid Moghadam has 20 years experience in commercializing technologies. He is currently CEO of Ascendant Diagnostics, a cancer diagnostics firm, and EVP of Virtual Incubation Company. He focusses on creation of new ventures in IT, medical devices, imaging, and personalized medicine. From 2000-2005, Mr. Moghadam was the Director of Strategic Program Development at Intel, where he spearheaded the transition from single core to multiple-core chips.

    Vice President of Engineering and PI Jerry Frenkil is a 30 year semiconductor veteran. He was co-founder and CTO of Sequence Design, an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software company. Previously, he was Design Manager at VLSI Technology. Much of Jerry’s career has been focused on low power design. He also co-founded Sente, Inc., an EDA company that delivered a power analysis tool that is widely used in both industry and academia.
