Dr. Li is a co-founder and the President of Nanova Inc., an associate professor of University of Missouri. As one of the inventors of the dental nanocomposites, he has in-depth understanding of market and dentists’ need. Under his leadership, Nanova has secured about $4 million non-dilutive funding and also developed a few medical device prototypes, including the novel dental filler materials and a novel dental device, plasma brush.

Dr. Chen obtained Ph.D. degree in 2010 and his Ph.D. dissertation is on the development of the dental composites under Dr. Hao Li. Dr. Chen has been working as a part-time research scientist for Nanova Inc and also plan to work for Nanova Inc. full time in the future.

Miss Giddens, BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, is currently pursuing a master degree on dental composites under Dr. Hao Li’s supervision. From numerous leadership positions, she has developed excellent communication and project management skills and shows great potential for both product development and dentist relationship.
