Company Summary

NanoUniverse has developed an imaging system that bypasses the diffraction limit using wide-field white light microscopy. Researchers can now investigate ever smaller structures in living cells. Fluorescent tagging can be added to identify structures, allowing researchers to use accepted practices to verify the correlation to the SeeNano results

Team

  • Manfred Buks
    Mnaging Director

For over 35 years Mr. Buks has repeatedly demonstrated industry expertise in electronic circuit design, mechanical motion control and computer automation. He worked for many years as a designer for medical instrumentation at Eppendorf AG, a German company that manufactures biotechnology products. He has spent the last ten years developing advanced automated systems and lensing technology resulting in the SeeNano System.

  • Ronald E Toth
    Director

A graduate of Purdue University, Mr. Toth started his career working for Bio-Imaging Research, a medical research and development company which specialized in the computed tomography. In 1993 Mr. Toth formed Eltech Solutions Inc. a designer and manufacture of linear diode arrays used in the industrial x-ray market. In 2010, Mr. Toth joined NanoUniverse GmbH, where he applies his expertise toward the development of the SeeNano system.
