Mr. Barnes brings extensive experience in translating manufacturing operations and commercial activity into solid business results. Previously, Mr. Barnes spent 25 years in high volume manufacturing with Planar, a leader in digital display technology. He served in various positions including VP of Global Operations and as General Manager, during which he was responsible for establishing commercial and manufacturing operations in Europe and Asia.

Nick Dyner brings over 10 years of global experience in commercial leadership within the water treatment industry. Mr. Dyner joined NanoH2O from Water Standard, the industry leader in vessel-based desalination, where held the position of VP of Business Development. Prior to Water Standard, Mr. Dyner was Global Product Manager for General Electric's Water & Process Technologies Build, Own & Operate (BOO) product line.

Mr. Coleman is an experienced veteran in membrane manufacturing with more than 20 years at Hydranautics in various leadership positions within quality control and operations, including the roles of VP of Global Quality and VP of Operations.

Dr. Goenaga has more than twenty years of experience developing products and processes for large and small companies. His core strength is transitioning technology from the R&D stage into large-scale commercial manufacturing processes. Dr. Goenaga was directly involved in the successful launch of numerous technologies including Amazon’s E-Ink, Medtronic’s Enlite Continuous Glucose Monitoring Sensors and Dupont Displays AMOLED printing technology.

Mr. Kain has spent his 10+ year career exclusively in corporate finance and development roles. Before joining NanoH2O, Mr. Kain served as Vice President of Corporate Finance for Altra Biofuels, a venture-backed alternative fuels company, and as an Associate Director in the US Equity Capital Markets Group of UBS Investment Bank.

Mr. Green is an experienced early-stage, venture-backed technology entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and CEO of NanoH2O, a global provider of reverse osmosis (RO) membranes that leverage nanotechnology to lower the cost of desalination. Previously, as a software entrepreneur, Mr. Green founded Archive, Inc. (sold to Cyclone Commerce) and Stamps.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: "STMP").
