    Dr. Sitti is President and Founder of nanoGriptech since 2009 and a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University since 2002. He has 12 years of experience in gecko-inspired fibrillar adhesives. He has over 30 journal papers and 5 issued and 6 pending patents related to these adhesives. His team’s PNAS paper in 2002 is the pioneering study in this field. He raised over $2.7M funds for nanoGriptech.

  • Mr. Ben Itzhak has over 10 year experience in the startup world, specializing in providing financial oversight to VC backed startups, restructuring operational systems and spearheading new initiatives. He successfully raised over $20M for a bio-technology start-up. Before that, he was the CEO of a NY based Distribution Company (45 employees) where he led all aspects of the company’s operations with full profit and loss accountability.

  • Dr. Paul Glass
    VP Engineering

    Dr. Glass has played a major role in nanoGriptech's success to date and has 8 years of experience in gecko-inspired nanotechnology. He has designed and developed multiple microstructure manufacturing systems, including the pilot roll-to-roll manufacturing of nanoGriptech's adhesives. His ability to manage long term product development projects and design complementary manufacturing systems is a salient advantage to nanoGriptech's strategy.
