Blake began his career in 1996 as a civil engineer at Halliburton/Brown & Root in the oil industry. He gained extensive experience on large engineering & construction projects, including a 2-year project in Egypt. He then moved to Nepal in 2001 and spent 3 years helping to manage a fast-growing Nepal-based company to implement solar, wind, hydro, and electric vehicle technologies. In late 2004, he returned to the U.S. to co-found Namaste Solar.

Amanda joined Namaste Solar in January 2006 after working in solar for 2 years in Austin. She has held a number of roles within our company, from business administration to human resources to sales & design, selling over 135 solar PV systems totaling 700+ kW for home and business owners in Colorado. Today, Amanda serves as Vice President of the company, devoting her energy to strategic planning, human resources, and business development.

Jason is a licensed master electrician and an electrical engineer with 12+ years of experience in the solar industry. Before joining Namaste Solar in 2006, he was the Operations Manager for renewables pioneer, Jade Mountain/Real Goods, and an electrical contractor. He is our senior-most solar tecnnical expert and has published articles, presented to numerous audiences, and served on technical advisory boards for the DOE, NREL, and others groups.

David began working in the solar industry in 1997, providing technical and design support for renewables pioneer, Jade Mountain. He joined Namaste Solar in 2007 after many years of designing and selling commercial audio & visual systems. David successfully developed Namaste Solar's first regional commercial sales initiatives, and is now overseeing the nationwide expansion for our commercial services offerings.

Dan joined Namaste Solar in 2006, bringing a wide variety of experience in high-tech and start-up companies. Dan worked for 7 years in the semiconductor industry for Atmel Corporation where he founded and managed an integrated circuit design center in England. Later, Dan served as operations manager for RentClicks.com, a rapidly growing real estate website company that was successfully acquired. He now leads our successful residential sales team
