    Rick has more than 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry including 17 years with Unilever where he was Sr. Vice President, Marketing for a $2 billion portfolio of brands across 20+ countries. He also served as Corporate Officer and head of International Marketing at The Hershey Co. where he lead marketing for all the company’s brands in intl markets. Rick has a BA from Dickinson College and MBA from Northwestern/Kellogg
