Gemma Sole is a Kauffman Foundation Scholar + University of Rochester graduate. Gemma worked cross-functionally in strategy, communication, + product roles + was recruited to work as a consultant for the DoD Information Systems w/Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2012, Gemma joined the Boston Venture Capital community at Red Star Ventures ideating a vc-backed financial startup in the caregiving space before departing in 2014 to launch Nineteenth Amendment.

Amanda Curtis grew up in the fashion industry. After Marketing undergrad at Boston University she went on to study fashion at Parsons. Amanda worked for years in fashion, production management in NYC w/DVF, Richie Rich, Maggie London + was funded for her own line which she took to the finals London Fashion Week in the first season. After experiencing the inefficiencies and the lack of tech in the fashion world she joined a retail tech startup.
