    David Zwick is a seasoned entrepreneur with 20 years of experience starting, managing and growing companies. Mr. Zwick co-founded SunCoast Capital Group which was sold to an international financial services company in 2000. Mr. Zwick also co-founded CRA Fund Advisors, which currently manages $1.5 billion in assets. Mr. Zwick has financed RedCap with over $1.25M of his own capital and devotes full time and then some to the business.

    Dave Kielkucki is a seasoned operations executive with 35+ years of experience in the management and administration of large operational service centers as well as start-ups such as Discover Card, Orbitz and Get There. Mr. Kielkucki has expertise in personnel management, global customer service, budgeting, organization structure, loss prevention, ecommerce and web-services, overall facility operations and strategic planning.
