Our mission is to provide young healthcare companies with our business experience as well as the necessary funding to help them reach a significant value inflection point in a relatively short time frame.

Our business model is royalty crowdfunding, whereby investors will receive a percentage of future annual product sales. We will receive a success fee (10%) and 20% of the royalties paid to each project.
