Targeting a $70B TAM, we provide a comprehensive solution to let users automate, monitor and control their homes (lights, tstats, locks, cams etc). Energy savings are ~20%, with an EVC of $70/mo. Competitors (Comcast, ADT and Vivint) can't turn the old light switch into a smart switch like we can for about $1K. FYI: appliance modules do NOT solve the lighting problem.
