Before co-founding Dawn, Thomas founded 1oak Investments, a boutique investment firm based in Las Vegas and catering to the gaming and entertainment industry. In that capacity, Thomas has facilitated the sale of a major gaming company and led financing rounds for two gaming start-ups and a production show on the Las Vegas Strip.

Before that, Thomas was a senior FX Structurer at BNP Paribas in London and Deutsche Bank in New York.

Nate was the co-founder and CTO of Authorea, an open research publishing platform catering to academics and R&D. Nate designed and developed the beta release which led to an initial seed round of $610K led by ff Ventures and the New York Angels in 2014 followed by a larger $1.6 million round in 2016. Authorea was acquired by Atypon in 2018.

Nate holds a BA from UC Berkeley, a condensed matter Phd from University of Geneva and postdoc from NYU.

Kim is the founder of BEINFLUENCE.CO a boutique marketing agency focused on social media and brand management. Kim's expertise is creating web and social media presence by providing a full digital content creation and management solution. She led those efforts for WHERE.PLACE, EventMeow, Remark Media, Bikini.com, IRS.com, Banks.com and more.
Kim is also a licensed attorney and a graduate of NYU and Boyd School of Law at UNLV.
