Mr. Liberati is well-versed in staff management, strategic planning, fiscal and project management, business expansion/startup, and organizational and e-commerce development. He holds a BA from Duquesne University as well as a Masters of Public Management Degree with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

As a licensed Pharmacist, Joe's responsibilities included developing and implementing workflow processes to improve efficiency and quality assurance; recommending appropriate drug therapy to physicians, monitoring therapy per protocol, and initiating formulary substitutions; compounding prescriptions; managing ancillary staff in fulfilling more than 700 prescriptions per day; and other duties.

Brian began his career as a Retail Pharmacist with Giant Foods before joining a start-up institutional pharmacy provider. Brian used his comprehensive knowledge to help form Express Med in 1998. He went on to expand his sales, marketing, and management background with positions within the pharmaceutical arena. After almost seven successful years with two Fortune 500 Corporations, Brian transitioned to a permanent position with Express Med.
