I primarily focus on overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the Business Development activities of the business.

I am focused on business acquisition and growth. I am enthusiastic about reaching out to community and building relationships. I cultivate and nurture them, ensuring repeat business and loyalty. I manage the business development personnel by defining the objectives for them and ensure they are met.

My expertise lies in integrating various parts of business and envisioning their long term impact. I get excited with numbers and find interest in business forecasting and analysis.

I also feel that my business acumen and observational skills help me generate customer insights and hence I enjoy carving out the marketing campaign and strategies for our company both online and offline though still waiting to try my luck at making something viral.

My primary role is creating operations processes and managing the order planning, analysis and followups on critical issues. I manage entire operations team for delivering the products to the customer. I am also involved in product sourcing and catalog management. I contribute my inputs to all ongoing processes like strategic planning, web back end, digital marketing. I work on various aspects and I indulge in value creation in all departments.
