Started at a Fixed Income Management Firm in NYC, then left to create a consulting firm specializing in healthcare management and M&A. Served as a Commissioner of the Board for Bayonne, NJ, a director of a Cancer Research Charity, a board member of ad company Tuba, co-founder of Elite Vision, provider of digital content solutions, and now CEO and co-founder of MxMedia.

Blazej graduated from the School of Economics in Warsaw, PL, with a major in Quantitative Methods in Economics and IS. He continued his studies at the Technical U. of Warsaw and its renowned department of Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Aviation he obtained a degree in Aeronautics and Aerospace. He has exceptional knowledge of integrated design systems: Siemens NX, Catia v5.0, ANSYS. His expertise provides tremendous value in the R&D process.

Holds a degree in Economics and a MBA in Electrical Science. Michal began as an entrepreneur by co-founding Cyfral, the biggest manufacturer of telephone sets in PL in the 90s. Michal helped to transform the telecom industry and introduce cellular technology in PL. He later moved to Seagram Co. Ltd. as GM for PL responsible for management and M&A. In 1999 he co-founded Texton S.A. and then E-Ja. Now he is a managing member and CTO of MxMedia.

Son of famed architect Oskar Hansen, Igor obtained a PhD in joint modeling of architectures and algorithms. He designed the 1st Ethernet network for the U. of Edinburgh, and co-developed a modular student computer. In 1984 he co-founded CLAN Systems Ltd, whose customers include Digital, Fujitsu, HP, Hitachi, ICL, Philips and Ricoh. Igor is an author, patent holder and a member of IEEE Comp. Society and the Association for Computing Machinery.

Marta holds multiple degrees and is a graduate of Polish and International Accountancy Standards Studies. For 8 years she was the executive financial controller for Checkpoint Systems Inc. (NYSE) then a manager and EU Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Controller of the EU Shared Services Center in Bratislava. Marta established CAMINA Business & Finance Solutions. Currently serving as the CFO of MxMedia and is a Charter Member of Lions Club Poznań.
