Jeff has an MBA & MS in project management with twenty-two years of program management experience. Jeff has owned & operated three other successful small businesses.

Founder & Managing Director of M&A Holdings, LLC which works with emerging growth & early stage companies providing financial, strategic planning, advisory & management services, including debt & equity financing & exit strategies. Bill generally takes an active role in the growth of the company, either through a Board position and/or management position. He has founded and/or been the CEO/President/CFO of numerous companies over the years.

Dr. Diaz is an internationally recognized expert in Physics & Electrical Engineering & is a Professor Emeritus at ASU. He has developed processes that global companies use today in manufacturing & quality control. He has 37 years in designing RF composite materials, processes, & testing. Jeff & Rudy co-inventors of the IP that MWI Laboratories has exclusive rights to, also have 30+ patents with 80% related to the composite materials industry.
