Jason spent 3 years on Active Duty in the US Army stationed at The US Military Academy Prep School. While on Active Duty, Jason wore many hats, including Soldier, photographer, journalist, video editor, public affairs officer, web developer, tech support, technology consultant, audio/visual specialist, graphic designer, and liaison. Jason has a background in information technology and is a volunteer peer support specialist for the VA.

TJ has spent the last 15 years helping business owners grow and scale their businesses through his consulting efforts. As an avid gamer, TJ has acted as a beta tester for 3 large MMO's and helped small content creators grow and scale their YouTube channels. TJ has spent years working in the advertising, marketing, and sponsorship fields, and shares those experiences with everyone he works with.
