Caitlin McCown-Smith is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. She has relocated to Edmond, Oklahoma, as she was married in 2010; and her husband is from Oklahoma. She has nearly always been an entreprenuer when it comes to her career; having spent 15 years in the real estate industry. Additionally, Caitlin has had many businesses, ranging from interior design, media design and retail stores. Currently, she's pursuing her degree in pshychology.

Stephen J. Smith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He has been in the field over 13 years; his own company stretching and training clients. www.ceilingiunlimitedfitnessfactory.com. He and his wife, Caitlin operated their own retail business, together in 2010 - 2011. Once, again he will come along side her in this new venture, utilizing his fitness marketing ideas.
