He is a seasoned executive with experience in operations, marketing and corporate strategy. Recently serving as Chief Executive of Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex (a global specialty chemical company), Welker led the formation, growth and eventual sale of the business for their stakeholders.

Bob has more than 25+ years of senior financial management leadership executing startups, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures with c0mpanies ranging in size from $300 Million to $1 Billion. Prior to joining Mustard Tree Instruments, Bob worked as CFO for several global corporations in the process chemical industry, most recently for Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex.

Peter Cregger has worked in the information technology field for more than 25 years. He has worked in both federal and local governments, as well as the private sector, holding positions such as programmer, project manager, development manager, senior IT manager, and director of business intelligence-all focused on leveraging technology, improving service delivery, and reducing overall costs.

Stan Ayers' engineering background spans more than 20 years in the electronics and semi-conductor industries specializing in high tech project execution. Before joining Mustard Tree Instruments in 2009, Ayers worked for such companies as BroadCom, SMART and Hitachi.
