After graduating in Business Administration, Mimi has worked in the financial industry for nearly 15 years prior to starting Chimpped. During the 15 years, Mimi spent a decade in Goldman Sachs in various roles including Sales & Marketing, Strategy, and left as their Asia Treasurer. Mimi's career had been based in Hong Kong with an Asia-wide focus. Chimpped has brought Mimi and her daughter back to the U.S. She was originally from California.

After graduating with a degree in Management Information Systems, Tony spend 14 years with Cisco in San Jose. In recent years, Tony started his entreprenarial experience by owning a few Wingstop Franchises in the Bay Area. He co-founded Chimpped with Mimi after leaving Cisco in 2011.

Girish Avantsa has over 18 years of experience in IT consulting and global delivery management. His specialization in solution architecture and design of enterprise mobility solutions. He has led delivery and program execution for Fortune 500 companies. Girish is based in Silicon Valley and travels often to his operation office in India.
